Seal point and white of fair type, ears of good size but need to be more open to base and they are set forward which unbalances the line, pale blue eyes of good shape, small dip to profile, very shallow chin although bite is ok, long body of good development, tail rather heavy and short, lacks the 1/3 white required I felt, small scattering of his base black forming spots to back of skull, white blaze extending across back of head, clear  line along belly and white socks  .Coat long but of good texture.

1st: IC not awarded  Ashjolex Sandimese Storm  (48 40n)

Very fine and kittenish caramel and white rather lacking in oriental head type – her ears although of reasonable size are set close and high, pale blue eyes of good shape, dip to profile, chin ebbs a little but bite ok, quite a pronounced pinch and also bump to back of skull, long neck, body needing to lengthen and develop, fine whip and legs. Excellent base of brownish blue tone, her white areas which made up over third were clear and bright in tone, - lovely pink shell tipped ears I noted. White flash to nose, on shoulders and legs. Coat of very good texture.

A little effeminate but a very attractive lad. A nice young man with good length body of substance. Good long well ringed tail. Very good head lines. Really nice shorter even wedge. Good size well spread ears. Straight profile and firm level chin. Oriental eyes of nice blue colour. Very pleasing warm chocolate tabby markings. Has required white on points and more than the minimum required two thirds white. A very attractive lad.

2nd: Willhavetodo Pintsizepinto (48 40)

Another slightly effeminate lad. Well developed body with good length tail, unfortunately has slight fault at the end of his tail. Strong legs. Well balanced even wedge head lines with good profile and level chin. Absolutely super oriental blue eyes. Coat rather shaded and feels a little harsh. Has required amount of white on body, and all points

Baby of very good type with strong head and profile, very good top of head, good chin. Large well set ears. Eyes of very good shape and of a good green in colour. Good length firm body, long fine legs, neat paws, long tail showing rings. Coat of very good texture, pure white with markings on top of head and on his hocks – he is van  patterned.  A very striking and promising baby.  Super temperament, beautifully presented.

Very promising bi-colour kitten, well grown and lengthy and of very good type. Medium wedge with just a kitten pinch and very good top of head. Almost straight profile, bite just a tad over, firm chin. Eyes of a good depth of green, oriental in set and shape, held slightly full. Large open based very well set ears. Long graceful neckline, lengthy lithe body, long slender limbs, long fine tail. Excellent coat, very short and fine textured with warm brown ground and black markings. Good even double ticking with one broken necklace. White to tip of right ear, inverted V extending right up to forehead, under chin, down chest and under with just a thin line between spots on stomach. White right up around shoulders and extending up to left ears. White back paws. Overall well over the required one third white. Temperament, condition and presentation all excellent.

1st  IC & BOB.  Jadevyn Brychan Troedmawr  48 40bt.

Chocolate Tabby Pointed,  at literally just under a year he was very well balanced & just required the benefit of maturity to give that extra degree of impact.  Strong balanced even triangular wedge, excellent profile, good depth of chin, bite meets….just.  Ears large, wide base beautifully placed, very harmonious fixed position.  Eyes have excellent oriental shape & slant, very good depth of blue the deeper coloured pigmented rim round the right eye, whilst the other is pink, lovely expression.  Body is firm & well muscled despite his relative adolescence, well proportioned legs & oval paws, well balanced length fine tail with very small indiscretion at its extremity.  Beautifully prepared short, close lying coat, the texture sleek & well finished.  Quite a high degree of white, small tabby nose splodge, patches showing lightly spotted pattern on body, good tabby markings where present, the white beautifully clean & bright, the demarcation well contrasted & sharply defined, the actual chocolate tone was surprisingly warm considering it was a rather dark chocolate.  His condition & presentation both superb, he was a very gentle & relaxed youngster.

2nd  Sensay Squadron Leader  48 40.

Seal Pointed, this lad was well grown & very relaxed.  Longer length wedge,  which though a little narrow, was to a greater degree an optical illusion emphasised by his rather irregular nose blaze, also giving more of pinched effect than was there in reality, very good profile, needs a little more depth of chin, bite a mite overshot.  Ears large & he carries them just a little high & bonnets.  The eyes are a very good oriental shape but set a fraction straight, good clear bright blue.  Long neckline, body long & well muscled, long legs, oval paws, quite a well balanced length of tail.  Coat was beautifully close lying if a little long & also marginally harsh along the lower back.   Has as stated a long blaze the length of his nose, white tips to the ears, generally I would state he was about 50%  white to colour with warm body shading in patches points colour where applicable a very dense seal, there was a very slight amount of infringement of scattered white but nothing excessive.  His condition & composure both excellent.

A most attractive boy for type and pattern. Stylish head with very good top line and large well flared ears set to balance. Super eyes for shape and set with excellent vivid green colour. Good profile and chin with level bite. Long elegant and firm toned body with long slender limbs and long whip tail to balance. Chocolate coat colour good and warm in tone for this breed, white patching in all the right places, on head and limbs with underbody completely covered to just over the one third requirement. There is some bleeding of the white into the coloured areas that could do with a tidy up. Coat medium in length with good close texture. Easy to handle and excellently presented.

Extremely handsome neuter boy. Strong head with very good top line and large ears very well set. Oriental eye shape and set with such a snooty expression as he looked down his broad nose at me, colour a good clear green. Strong profile and good chin with level bite. Long elegant yet weighty body, long limbs, tail needs a touch more length to balance. Dense black coat that was very sound, white shows in all the correct places but as the underside was merely a narrow strip down the tummy he is very close to not having enough white as required by the SOP, he does have quite a large patch on the underside of one of his hind legs which may just put him on the one third, so I decided to be generous. Excellent texture to coat, glossy and sleek. Super to handle and excellently presented.

A small and stocky red colour point chap whose type overall was good with a short strong wedge and well set ears although ideally these could be larger, oriental eye shape– rather pale blue in colour – small pinch, almost straight profile, chin could have a little more depth and strength although bite ok, strong little body compact and muscled, tail rather heavy – there was quite an area of greasy stud tail which required attention and this combined with the fact that he also had chin acne almost cost him his certificate. Difficult I know to keep on top of with young adolescent lads and in partic with red and cream series in whatever guise but it needs attending to.I think he has a much higher than minimal third of white but with this colour it is hard to tell until completely coloured up, his red rather a flat tone but prob due to ‘and white’ gene. White showing to mask and around muzzle , up legs and under belly area. Coat very dry to the feel – probably once again hormonal.

A very promising and stylish little boy, athough not so little as he is well grown. Typey head with lovely top and large flared ears very well set. Excellent eye shape and set with olive green colour. Almost straight profile and good chin, bite level. Long slender but really firm toned body with long elegant limbs and super long whip tail. Predominantly white but down in my book as Shaded – he has so little ground pattern showing - two splodges on the head, a strip to the lower nose and mostly on the tail, it is impossible to tell what pattern he actually is. Chocolate colouring typically dark from the effects of the silver and the white, tail has an attractive white tip to it. Coat texture really lovely. An extremely confident young lad excellently presented.

Oriental bicolour kitten, promising in type but rather small for 8 months old, although she felt weighty and was well covered. Medium wedge head, small pinch and good topline. Straight profile, neat level bite, chin a touch shallow. Eyes oriental in set and shape of clear bright blue held just a little full. Large ears open based and very well set. Lengthy firm body, long legs, neat paws. Long fine tail. Short sleek coat with points rather bluey in tone with pale shading on back and flanks. White flash across nose, on chin and down chest continuing in an unbroken line under stomach, on front legs and up around shoulders and white on both back paws. In all approx 35 – 40% white. A relaxed friendly kitten, very good condition and comfortably presented.

A handsome cat of excellent type, balance and pattern with a long firm well muscled body, long fine legs with small oval paws and long fine well ringed tail; large ears of excellent set and flare, balanced even wedge head, straight profile, firm chin and level bite; oriental eyes of excellent dark blue. Long neck, coat short and close showing a clean edged pattern of chocolate tabby on points with a beige body colour and over one-third white patching; excellent condition and presentation. Later he was my choice for Best Oriental Neuter – congratulations!

This exhibit is basically of good oriental type, even triangular head, straight in profile and oriental in setting, colour rather dull, ears large and wide at base, breadth between with thumb sized colouring and rather solid mask, unbroken with white, body has length, coat 85% white, long with an off white tinge, chin dirty and needs attention, slender limbs and tapered tail of length.

Quite nice seal pointed bi-colour queen with medium length head and large ears that are wide based and well set and white on tips. Lovely bright blue oriental eyes fractionally full  and good profile with firm chin and level bite, almost full seal brown mask except for two patches of white on either side of her face which give effect of making her appear slightly pinched in the muzzle but she is not it is just an optical illusion. Long slender body with warm cream tonal shading to her back and pure white from her neck right through the tummy region, her coat is a lovely soft texture maybe just a fraction long but of good lie. Slender legs and neat oval paws with white on all four feet, and lovely long seal brown whippy tail, lovely presentation and temperament.

A young but very stylish neuter, he has a fair amount of maturing to do but is reasonably acceptable for 10 months. Well balanced head with very good top line and large flared ears set to follow. He has his Daddy’s eyes I see for shape set and expression and the colour is also very good. Strong profile – also his Dad’s, firm spot on chin and level bite. Longish body of good weight and tone, long elegant limbs, long tail with small defect at the tip which I managed to persuade myself I couldn’t see. Lovely warm seal colouring for a Bicolour with warm toned pale fawn body colour. White shows mainly across the chest with a complete, fairly wide line down the tummy apart from two small islands of fawn, with some on all four limbs and on mask, in all to just on the one third required. Coat texture a touch soft and fine today but managed to lay close to the body. Super to handle and excellently presented.

Rather a small Red-point & White male of good overall type. Shorter wedge head with pinch, straight profile & a chin which slopes away slightly. Well placed ears just large enough to balance his head. Oriental eyes of bright blue, correctly shaped & set. Long firm body & legs, fine whip tail just long enough with a pip at the tip .Short fine textured coat, open when I judged him. White on his nose ,all four legs & underneath, though this was difficult to distinguish on a Red-point. A sweet-natured male in good condition, a little timid today .I would like more maturity in a male approaching two years old.

Stylish Black Tortie & White of very good type. Feminine head with straight profile flat at the top & a firm chin. Large ears open at the base ,held just a fraction high. Eyes oriental in shape & setting, though she was closing one slightly when we met. Long fine firm body, dainty legs & feet, fine whip tail to balance. Close short coat of fine texture, Coat of dense black & red, but with white feathering heavily into the coloured areas & this was my reason for withholding the IC on this typy lady today,

Good length wedge head needing more width between his large wide at base ears. Profile almost straight. Slightly full oriental eyes of a good depth of clear green. Bite over scissor. Firm chin. Elegant neck. Long, svelte and well muscled body, long slender legs and neat oval paws. Long tapering tail to balance. He has well over the required one third white present, he is all white underneath and has a white panel along his back but unfortunately the white invades his chocolate areas quite badly giving a very ragged appearance. Short close lying coat which has a very good gloss. His colour is quite a rich chestnut brown. Sweet temperament and good condition.

My notes say ‘Yummy’….gorgeous little spider-like choc silver shaded, so good to see true oriental type with wide set large ears and firm profile with depth to chin and level bite, oriental beautiful green eyes, sparkling, fine neck and body and long string like tail, spider legs. A ‘high white’ with just a sliver of  warm choc to his nose bridge, two delicate tabby patches to top of his head  approx the size of a 10p piece with clear pale undercoat– slight ghost pattern developing through the neck and shoulder area and showing on hocks, ringed tail with bright white tip. Pink shell effect ears. His coat ultra short and gleaming. I shall watch his development with great interest.

Caramel and white lad of very good type – elegant and stylish, ideally I would like him a little larger. Long wedge with lovely wide set ears giving balanced lines with not a hint of a pinch, eyes of good shape and set of bright green tone, almost straight profile , good chin – just a little narrow – level bite, fine neck and body lines, long fine whip, stands tall on elegant legs and need spoon paws. Just enough white of one third to his base colour of lilac based caramel – which I have to say is reasonably sound to roots, and I did like his little white tip to his left earthen coat was short and of good texture.

2nd: Sensay Squadron Leader (48 40)

Seal pointed who was lacking in oriental type. Short wedge with sharp muzzle , ears small in size and set forward, eyes small in size of good depth of blue, dip to profile, bite is overshot. Well nourished body of good length, tail needs another inch or two. Points very dark although with  a degree of warmth to them and once again just about the required third white. Coat was very dray and woolly to the feel.

A large and long boy of substance and elegance. Medium wedge, straight profile, chin a little shallow but bite meets. Pale blue well shaped and set eyes with his haws a little up, large ears which unfortunately he holds tipped forward spoiling the lines of the wedge. .Seal colour on his upper face with white around the muzzle, which had a significant pinch. White also around the base of his ears and one small patch of white on his otherwise seal back and the white hairs bleeding into the seal colour. White under his chin, chest and all down his tummy unbroken by seal colouring. White also on all four legs and on his haunches. Overall he had the correct amount of white to well over a third of the body.

Blue tortie point and white Bi-Colour young lady with quite a nicely balanced head and large wide based ears, almost straight profile with firm chin and level bite, oriental eye set although slightly full in shape and I would have liked a deeper shade of blue for my taste but the colour is acceptable, mostly blue and cream mask and ears with some small patches of white on her cheeks. Slender long body and she is well grown for her age with short close lying coat that is predominately white with just a couple of small areas on her back that are pale bluish shaded. Slender legs with neat dainty paws all points broken with patches of white and a long whippy blue tortie and cream tail, slightly shy at first but warmed to the attention.

Chocolate & White, very good type, youngster who was firm & well grown.  Very good wedge, minimal teething pinch, ear straight profile, chin & bite both very good.  Ears are large & wide at the base, complementing the wedge, very well set, wide apart.  Eyes very good oriental shape & setting, with an attractive green colour.  Good length neck, body has good length & firm tone, slender limbs, small oval paws, good length fine tail.  Very good coat texture, which was beautifully close if somewhat longer than I would ideally have preferred.  Approximately 50% white to colour, with random patches of large & small areas of dark cold toned chocolate, inverted white blaze, but sadly he has an excessive amount of scattered white hairs which are intermingled through the chocolate areas which also create some feathering at the edges & detracts, hence the not awarding he BOB.  His condition & temperament were both excellent.

Black Silver Shaded & White, a very attractive & pretty girl but very small for her 7 months plus.  She has a pleasing well balanced wedge, the profile very good, chin ebbs somewhat, bite good.  Ears are large & have flared wide base, just tends to prick a little on occasion.  The eyes though large & a little wide had a pleasing oriental slant, very good green colour.  Body very petite & dainty, lithe & well toned, elegant limbs, very dainty paws, fine whiptail.  Very impressive short sleek coat, lovely texture, laying impressively close.  Her preparation was excellent with sparkling white areas, inverted white which extends over her chin, chest & through the tummy, some pattern on her cheeks, the body pattern appears to be more Ticked than Shaded, no tail rings as such solid coloured tip, brick nose leather with very ting tabby fleck to the side.  Her condition was excellent & her temperament very confident.

Blue Tabby Pointed & White, requiring more typical oriental type.  Rather short contoured wedge, with slightly rounded muzzle & some muzzle pinch, some break in profile, chin okay, bite good.  Ears are rather small for balance & need more flare to their base, well set.  Stunning deep intense blue eye colour, shape & slant both good.  Rather plump body which detracted, relatively slim legs & oval paws, tail requires length though reasonably fine.  Close lying coat, which was well prepared.  Roughly 40% white to pattern , inverted white, with inverted shorter blue tabby over it,  the white extends through the tummy, some tabby on all the legs, body showing lighter shading, with well ringed tail.  Very gentle nature, excellent condition.

Oriental green eyes and straight profile with good chin and level bite although his white chin is dirty, he also has white on his cheeks and a blaize down his nose. Slender long body with red saddle area which appears to be spotted pattern with clear white from his chin right through his tummy and lower flanks, long legs and neat oval paws with patches of red. His red tail was rather fluffy with some stud tail at the base, he is a slightly shy gentle boy who being majority white would benefit from a little more time being given to his preparation.

Sweet natured modest little girl who is only just adult, medium length even wedge with large flared ears and pale green oriental eyes that appeared slightly full at first but improved as she relaxed, straight profile with good chin and bite, her face is mostly white with patches of red and chocolate over the top of her head and patches on her back but the majority of her body is white as are her long legs and neat paws with just a few tiny patches of colour on all four legs and mostly chocolate tail which I would have just liked a fraction longer.

An attractive and well grown kitten who was stylish and elegant. Long, even wedge with good width between the large, pricked ears. They could have been slightly wider to give more balance to the triangle. Very good profile and chin. Tiny pinch to the muzzle. Oriental eyes of good shape and colour with a wicked expression. Elegant neck and good head carriage. Long, svelte body with a firm muscular feel. Slim legs and neat oval paws. Long, tapering tail to balance. Short, fine, close-lying coat with a very glossy sheen. Really attractive rich tortie that made distinct patches. Good distribution of white that was almost a half of the total coat area. There was white on the face, on all four legs and along the length of the underside of the kitten. Excellent condition and temperament.

Handsome chocolate spotted tabby and white boy with lovely head and large ears which were of good set when he relaxed, oriental green eyes and straight profile with good chin and bite. White muzzle area running right through chest and tummy region and chocolate spotted tabby on back and flanks, well broken spine line but the spotting could have been slightly better defined but just acceptable. Long legs and neat paws with white on all four feet, long whip tail that is well ringed, quite a shy young man but well presented and very gentle.

2nd Sensay Squadron Leader  48 40

Seal point Bi-colour boy reasonable wedge with large ears that he carried slightly high although the set improved as he relaxed, eyes quite full and I felt quite pale blue, straight profile with reasonable depth of chin and clean bite, white on cheeks and seal brown nose. Long slender body with almost completely white short close coat with just a couple of patches of cream on his back, slender long legs with neat paws seal brown points colour all broken with white and long whippy seal tail, a nice boy but for me I was just disappointed with his eye colour.

Two excellent quality kittens – a really difficult choice.

Well grown muscular kitten with a long firm body, long slim legs and oval paws. Long tapered tail balances to the body. Very good balanced triangle is held on an elegant neck, with large ears which have good wide bases and are well set. Clear blue eyes slant towards the nose, Oriental in shape. Slight bump to nose in profile. Bite acceptable – he has a marginal scissor bite with the lower set slightly forward but still touching the upper incisors. Firm chin. Short fine coat lies close to his body and has a good sheen. He has good proportions of white with white patches above the eyes and around onto the muzzle. White patches on the backs of the ears. White extends from the chin down across the chest and up onto the shoulders and across as a narrow white collar. White extends fully to his abdomen and he has white legs and paws with colour patches on the front legs. Fully coloured tail. The points colour is diffused on his mask and ears where it appeared to be a warm brownish grey, as did the patches on his legs. Darker shade on the tail where it appeared dark brownish grey. Tabby pattern is evident in the small coloured area above the blaze on his face, and in the leg patches. Numerous tail rings. The body colour has some very faint tabby pattern in tonal shading.

2nd Willhavetodo Pintsizepinto  48 40

Another super male with a well grown frame of good muscle tone and weight. He stands well on long slim legs ending with oval paws. Tapered tail of good length for his body. Lovely balanced triangular wedge, held on a slender neck, with large ears which are wide at the bases and follow the lines. Lovely blue eyes for shape and set. Straight profile, level bite, slightly shallow chin. Short fine coat lies flat to his body. He has one-third white areas with white on his nose over the eyes and white on either side of the nose and on the muzzle. White on his chin then extends down and across the chest and just up onto his shoulders. He has white down his centre tummy to his abdomen. White on his paws and it extends onto his lower back legs. He has tonal shading in the body colour but the matched seal brown points are still clearly visible.

A large strong and very handsome male of very good type. Medium length masculine head with very good top line and large ears showing attractive white inner furnishings, very well set. Oval shape to eyes well set, colour mid green. Imposing profile that was almost straight, firm chin, bite lacks incisors but appears level. Excellent length strength and muscle-tone to body, strong limbs and oval paws, tapered tail needs an inch to balance. From the visual point of view I like the balance of black to white that this lad has, with well over the one third required, the majority of white is underneath and across the chest, with all four limbs showing very good white and attractive inverted v on head. He has only minimal bleeding of white into the black areas which is good to see. Black areas really sound, the coat was short and the texture was excellent. A dear boy to handle, immaculately turned out and presented.

A very stylish and elegant female. Longish wedge but top line very good and ears large enough to balance. Good shape set and expression to eyes, one eye appeared marginally smaller than the other, injury perhaps? colour mid green. Good profile with long almost straight nose, chin okay and bite just about level. Very long and elegant body which seemed to be more substantial and a little weightier today, long slender limbs and neat paws, long whip to balance. Overall the coat colouring is very attractive with a good balance of black red and white , she does have a good deal of white and it is in all the right places, with completely white tummy, on all four limbs and on face. I was not entirely happy with the amount of white hairs bleeding into the black and do feel some tidying up would be in order. Coat of medium length and lying close to body. Handled better today but was still a little tense. Excellently presented

2nd: Lunatora Arianstar (48 43s)

A very attractive little female for type and style. Even head of medium length with very good top line and large wide based ears set to balance. Almond shaped eyes well set and of clear mid green colour. Good profile and chin with level bite. Long elegant and firm toned body long slender limbs, whippy tail needs an inch. Very good balance between white and base colour to about one half white. She does have some pattern problems, mainly extensive tarnishing of the silver to the point it where it even shows on the body, the pattern is somewhat ambiguous, she is ticked based but as a Shaded I would have expected to see the pattern higher up the hair shaft particularly as she is silver, she also shows a couple of bands of ticking at the moment, however, she is young yet so there is time for it to lift and diffuse out. Coat length, texture and condition excellent. Not an easy girl to handle, she had a very short fuse today. Excellently presented.

Most attractive for style and type. Longand elegant overall with longer wedge head, top line good and ears of very good size and set. Oriental eye shape set and expression, one eye looked marginally smaller than the other, as if she had recently knocked it, colour mid green. Straight profile, firm chin and level bite. Long very slender body and although well covered, I felt she could be a touch weightier - persistent calling perhaps? Long limbs and long whip tail. Coat pattern a most attractive balance between black tortie and white with several muted red patches. White in all the right places, right down the tummy, on all four limbs and on the face with small black moustache. Black areas sound to the roots, they do show a fair amount of white bleeding where the two colours meet and there are a couple of areas where they could almost be described as scattered white hairs  which she should not have, so maybe a little tidying up in future would be in order. Excellent texture to coat of medium length. Not in the best of moods today but excellently presented.

2nd: Applejack Gloria

A big strong and slightly heavy girl of overall good type. Medium length head with good top, ears fairly large and well set. Oval eyes well set of good green colour. Straight strong pofile with firm chin and level bite. Body of very good length, well covered and substantial, long strong limbs for female, tail needs a touch more length for balance. Glossy black coat with just about the one third requirement of white, under the tummy the entire length thought not the entire width, white on all four limbs and an inverted "v" on head. Excellent texture to coat but simalar to the other lady , there is considerable bleeding of white into the black areas. Very sweet tempered and easy to handle excellently presented.

Strong male of good type, size and weight - but determined to be a hedgehog! Stylish masculine head with good top between large open ears set well apart. Straight profile, level bite and firm chin. Well set and shaped eyes of bright mid blue.  Elegant body and limbs with neat paws and balancing length of tapered tail. Short sleek coat of bright reddish gold, lightly shaded warm body colour and pristine white. The latter is clearly well over the required third near 45%. Delineation clear with minimal bleeding between the white and coloured areas. More colour to right with lesser to left which has a fairly large spot of white. Faint tail rings. Excellent condition and well presented.

2nd: Firousi Fortunehunter

Youngster typically adolescent with a slightly narrow wedge head of medium length. Near straight profile, level bite and a good firm deep chin. Fairly good top between large open ears set well to the head. Forehead fractionally flat with a slight depression (confirmed by DV). Expressive eyes of good set shape and bright medium blue. Firm body, quite good weight and size for age he still has a lot of growing to do. Tapering tail to balance has a small pip at the end. Elegant limbs and neat oval paws.  Balance of white – a good third to seal with clear delineation and minimal bleeding. Coat beautifully short and sleek. Comfortably presented and well behaved.

Chocolate Spotted, stylish lad, possessing excellent length overall.  Very good length wedge, well balanced even lines albeit perhaps a fraction fine on the muzzle, almost straight profile, chin adequate, bite good.  Very large ears beautifully set, wide base to complement the wedge.  Eyes fraction wider oriental shape & slant, good bright green colour.  Long elegant neckline, excellent lengthy body, lithe muscular hardness to it, long slender limbs, neat paws, long fine tail to complete.  Coat excellent shorter length, close lying, lovely texture.  White for approximately over 1/3rd  white on the face, extending through the tummy with white also on the body & legs, white collar, the patches of pattern well defined, showing spotted pattern with slightly more superficial spotting than I would ideally prefer, well broken spine line, excellent tail rings, good facial markings where present.  Condition & temperament, both impressive.

2nd: Jadevyn Honani  48

Black, quite a stylish lad but looking a little adolescent.  Medium length well balanced wedge, near straight profile, chin rounds a little, bite fraction over.  Ears large, good wide base, pricks just a fraction high.  Eyes slightly fuller wide almond shape, very good colour green, slightly startled expression.  Good length of neck, lithe body still to grow on & mature a little more, slim legs, paws, neat & oval, quite well balanced length tail.  Close lying coat, well prepared & very sleek, quite a good shorter length.  Roughly 33% white to colour with the white areas clean & bright, inverted white facial blaze extending through the chin, chest & tummy, also on the legs, with white on the ear tips, whiskers & eyebrows, black areas sound to the roots, slight amount of odd scattered white but generally the contrast well defined & sharp.  Condition & temperament both excellent.

Black silver shaded tabby and white male. Excellent smooth wedge, super profile, chin and bite. Prefer a slightly longer nose to balance the head width. Excellent top of head, well set ears that could be bigger. Nice eye shape and correct eye colour in this light. Black silver shaded and white female - obviously family of the male! My best oriental so far!!!! Super wedge with excl roman profile, good chin and bite. Nose could be a tick longer to match the head width. Lovely wide top of head, well set ears of correct size. Lovely eye shape and colour, lovely oriental eye setting. Lovely slim, long, tubular body. Excellent long, elegant, refined legs. Good tail. Excellent super fine textured coat, close lying and tight and of good length. Super clean silver, wonderful black shading - no ghost marking anywhere. Super amount of white. She just made my day!!!

Chocolate and white female. Nice head length, profile and good chin with correct bite. Ears could be bigger, top of head head could be broader. Nice eye shape and colour. Nice body, long and tubular, long fine legs and matching tail. Coat is soft and fine but a bit long. Lovely even chocolate colour and (just) correct amount of white.

Really lovely tortie girl, but needs more white!!! Nice smooth wedge, good length, profile, chin and good bite. Excellent top head with very nice ears. Nice body, matching elegant legs and good tail. soft and tight coat, good length. Lovely coloured patches but she needs more white to be judged as what she should be - a bicolour. Her type is better than the second placed female in this class, but because of white percentage she is nr 3 in this class. When breeding, only back to white will improve the white percentage – please be careful.

Black tortie and white girl. Truly a lovely typed girl, but borderline on the white! When breeding only back to white please! Without the correct amount of white they lose what they should be: bicolours. Lovely smooth and fine wedge of good length. Super top of head with excellent ears giving her a truly oriental look. Super eye shape and excl. green colour. Nice straight profile, good chin and bite. Super elegant body, tubular, nice elegant long legs and matching tail to balance it off. Soft and fine coat, excl. texture, could be shorter. Lovely black and white patches, just not enough white.

Excellent eye set and shape, correct blue. together creating typical “Siamese” look. Long, strong body, but too well fed taking away his basic balance. Long elegant legs and long tapering tail. soft close lying tight coat of super length. Well contrasted in colour but unfortunately very borderline in white percentage. Pleasing body shape, long and firm, standing on long slim legs with oval paws. Long tapered tail balances. Medium triangular wedge is set on a slender neck. Large ears are well set with wide bases – she just tended to flatten them at times. Oriental shaped eyes of clear intense blue slant towards her nose – the shape improved when she relaxed. Fairly straight profile, level bite, chin firming. The coat is developing in length, with a fine silky texture, lying flat to her body. The plume is developing along her tail. The coloured areas of her body are ivory. The points colour is still settling – the chocolate is quite a pale, but reasonably warm, shade. On her forehead above a white patch, the top half of the ‘M’ can be seen, and she has stripes on her cheeks. Thumb prints are evident on her ears. On her legs, the chocolate is still very pale as yet, darker on the hind legs, where the colour is on the backs of her legs with white down the front. Some leg markings evident – acceptably paler at her age. Fully coloured tail. She has one-third proportions of white to colour, with white on her face between her eyes, and below her eyes running down to her muzzle and chin. The white then extends down from her throat along the length of her tummy to her abdomen. It comes up slightly higher on her left side and creeps up onto her right side from her chest. She has white on her left shoulder extending down to the ‘elbow’, white on her front legs and paws, and there is white extending down her back legs to her paws. An attractive kitten.

Large handsome boy with a long well proportioned even wedge head with very good width between his large wide at base well set ears.  Strong profile with straight nose. Excellent depth of green to his well set oriental eyes. Level bite and firm chin. Now over four years of age and rather jowly. Long strong svelte body well muscled and firm. Long slim legs in proportion and oval paws. Long tapering tail. His coat  is short and fine in texture and has a good gloss. His colour is quite a dark chocolate but it is sound to the roots. He is well over the minimum amount of white required but unfortunately he has scattered white hairs in his coloured area. In lovely condition and handles well.

A very pretty young lady who is only 11 months old and still very imature. Soft blue tabby markings on her mask and tail and due to her glacial body colouring very difficult to be absolutely sure of all her white markings. I was sorry not to award her the IC but in my opinion she did not have quite the one third of white required, she did have quite a lot of colour on her legs.  Nice medium wedge head with moderately large well set ears. Bright blue oriental eyes. Level bite and firm chin. Long svelte body with good muscle tone, long slender legs and neat oval paws. Tapering tail of adequate length. Her coat is short, fine and close lying. In lovely condition and very sweet natured.

Well grown muscular kitten of good size with a long firm body, long slim legs and oval paws. He has a long tapered tail, which is of good length to balance to his body. Long triangular wedge with fairly straight lines running to a fine muzzle – he just has a slight dip and bump to his nose in profile. Ears are of good size and shape and they follow the lines of his head in set. Blue eyes are Oriental in shape, slanting towards his nose. Level bite. Chin just steps back a fraction. Short fine coat lies close to his body. Where present, the points colour is a deep shade of chocolate, but just showing some diffusion of shade on his legs and paws. Fully coloured tail just shows very slight brindling. The body colour is ivory, showing little shading. He has at least one third white in proportion to colour, with white tips to his ears and a white blaze running down his nose, onto his muzzle and under his eyes. Chocolate patch in the white on his nose and onto his whisker pads. The white extends down from his chest to his abdomen, extending just up onto his flanks and creeps up onto his shoulders to form a partial collar. The white also extends up onto his left thigh. There is both white and points colour on all four paws and pads. A pleasing kitten.

Neat kitten of nearly five months – she is of good weight and her muscle tone is developing. She stands on long slim legs with oval paws. Tail tapers at the tip, but is just a little short for balance. Medium triangular wedge with good width between ears which are wide at the base. Eyes are a little full at present, fairly well set, developing the green shade. Nose has a slight bump in profile rounding to the nose leather. Level bite and firm chin. Fine, close lying coat. She probably has at least fifty percent white in proportion to colour. The colour is quite a dark shade of chocolate, rich and sound but could be warmer. She has chocolate patches on her face, just extending onto the inner edges of her ears from her forehead and down her nose to her muzzle and whisker pads. Patch of chocolate on the back of her neck. She then has a large patch of colour running down her back with three colour patches along the left side of it and a series of linked patches down the right side. Her tummy is pure white from her chest to her abdomen. She has white front legs and paws with some coloured patches. On her back legs, the chocolate areas run down the insides of her back legs towards her paws, which are white, and there is colour on all four legs and/or paw pads. Fully coloured tail. She has a high degree of scattered white hairs throughout the chocolate areas on her body, which detracts from the impact of the deep chocolate on the clean white. Sweet temperament.

Long svelte body with good muscle tone. Long slender legs and neat oval paws. Tapering tail to balance. His coat is short,  fine and close lying. I was sorry to withold his certificate but I did not think he had enough white to meet the one third requirement. He has a lot of colour running down all four legs. Very good condition and easy to handle.

Another well grown and attractive bicolour kitten, medium wedge, small pinch and very good top of head. Straight profile, bite marginally undershot, strong chin. Eyes oriental in set and shape but needing much more depth to the blue. Large wide based very well set ears. Lengthy firm body, long legs, neat paws. Long tapering tail. Sleek short coat, lightly shaded with seal points, white on tips of ears, down one side of nose, dowm under chest and continuing in a broad line under stomach. White to all four legs continuing up towards shoulders and flanks, in all just over one third. Condition, presentation and temperament all excellent.

A large masculine cat of stunning Oriental type. Head of overall excellence. Ears large and well shaped, perfectly set. Excellent top of head and superb even profile. Excellent chin, bite a little untidy. Excellent lines to wedge. Eyes of very good size and shape, but unfortunately a very poor greenish yellow in colour. Head carried on long elegant neck, body of excellent length, firm and well muscled, very slender with tight tummy. Legs long and elegant, tail of very good length and taper. Coat of good length and texture, sleek and close lying. Excellent rich red colour with minimal markings and clear clean white, mostly showing good delineation. Excellent condition and temperament. This lad is a superb Oriental, such a pity that his eye colour isn't a clearer green - however it is so difficult to get good eye colour in a red and taking this into account I felt that he well deserved the IC & BoB …… a delight to look at and a pleasure to handle.

Litter sister to the above. This lass is a petite well balanced female of overall good Oriental type. Head of good overall type though needing a little length for perfect balance. Ears of very good size, shape and set with good width between. Good overall profile though not quite even. Eyes of very good shape, just a little too horizontal in set, clear bright green in colour. Good muzzle with very good lines to wedge. Body of good type, elegant legs, well tapered tail. Coat of excellent length and texture, sleek and close lying. Very attractive van markings in black, red and cream. Excellent clear bright white. An attractive lass well deserving of the IC

An attractive kitten of very good Oriental type. Head a little short for balance which may or may not correct with age. Ears of very good size, shape and set. Good even profile, firm chin, correct bite. Eyes very good shape and set, good green colour. Good lines to wedge. Body of excellent length and type, lovely long dainty legs, very neat paws, long well tapered tail. Coat short and close lying and excellent texture. Unfortunately as a consequence of being borderline 1/3 white, together with excessive agouti invasion in the tabby pattern and very cold pattern colour I did not feel the award of BoB was justified.

Wrong Coloured: Eireachdail Ivegotrythm

This kitten is clearly a seal tabby point and white and not a caramel tortie tabby point and white as registered, I therefore had to mark her 'wrong colour'. Head a little short for balance. Ears excellent shape, size and set. Fairly good profile overall but showing dip at brow. Excellent body type, long slender limbs, excellent tail. Coat excellent length and texture. Points showing brown tabby markings, showing well over a third white. Excellent temperament and condition.

A handsome and confident cat of excellent type and style. Excellent balanced wedge with even lines and large, well flared ears set well apart to form and equilateral triangle. Straight profile and good depth to the chin. Excellent blue eyes of Oriental shape and set with a wicked expression! Elegant neck and head carriage. Long, fine, svelte body with a solid muscular feel. Fine legs and tail. Short fine coat that was close-lying. Excellent seal points and he had some contrast. There were white patches to the face, underparts and all four legs. I felt he did make it to more than one third white and was delighted to award the IC.

Red point and white, very good head for length and wedge, has straight lines, large ears well set, oriental deep blue eyes, straight nose, firm chin. Short, fine close lying coat a warm creamy white with reddish gold on the mask, ears and tail, legs paler show the red on rear of back legs. Body long, firm and muscular, long slim legs, oval paws, long tail. Elegant male in excellent condition with a great temperament, a very gentle, friendly male.

Short fine coat, close lying and glossy, has cream on body, seal on ears, around eyes, nose and tail, white muzzle, chest, underbody and legs. Body firm and plump, long and muscular, well grown, long slim legs, oval paws, tail long and tapering. Excellent condition, a very active friendly happy young male.

Strong stylish male of lovely type with masculine wedge head. Very good topl ine between large open ears set well apart. Very good profile, level bite and firm chin. Expressive eyes of oriental set and shape clear pale green in  colour. Long substantial elegant body with very good muscle tone, slim legs, neat paws and tapering tail to balance. Short coat close to body and sleek to touch. Shiny jet black sound to the roots and beautiful sparkling white to contrast . Delineation between black and white could be crisper and there is some scattering of white hairs throughout the black but the problem is in the sufficiency of the white-and after very careful examination and estimation I consider it is not enough to meet the very strict requirement of the standard. Excellent temperament a proper gent.

Eyes of sludgy green, oriental in shape and setting. Large open ears, well placed on broad top of head, thus balancing his wedge nicely. Long strong body, legs and tail to balance. Close fine textured short coat of bright red and sparkling white, white evident in good proportion. A stylish male - and another big softy!

Rather unhappy young man who was not showing himself to full advantage, red point with quite a good masculine head and large wide set ears with white on the tip of the right one. Mid blue oriental eyes and straight profile with white on both cheeks and his brow, good chin and bite. Long body with really short close coat, off white along his back and white right through his tummy area but I really would have liked more weight and substance to him for a two year old male and I felt that his coat lacked condition which were my reasons for withholding. Long legs and neat paws and white on all four feet and long whippy tail, he really did seem unhappy, sorry.

Handsome a nd very happy young man seal pointed, lovely head and huge wide based ears, seal brown with white tips, wonderful deep blue oriental eyes and lovely strong profile with good depth of chin and level bite. He has a blaze of white down his nose and white on both cheeks. Graceful neck and slender long body with short close coat that is mostly cream across the saddle region with pure white on lower flanks and tummy. Long slender legs and neat little paws and there is white on all four feet with seal brownand long whippy tail that has a pip at the end which may or may not grow with him.

Handsome blue Bi-colour boy with excellent wedge and large wide basedflared ears with good topline. Oriental set bright green eyes and straight close coat. His coat is blue from the top of his head right to the end of his long whippy tail and the colour extends right down both flanks. However, there is a clear run of white from his chin all the way through the tummy area, it could possibly have been slightly wider but acceptable. Long slender legs and all four feet are mostly white, with neat paws, he is right on the edge of the minimum requirement of one third white, depending I suppose on the judges personal perception of proportion but I was prepared to accept it today, lovely temperament and presentation

A good sized and handsome lad of very good type and style. Well balanced medium length head with very good top line and large fairly wide based ears set in line with the wedge. Oriental eye shape and set with two tone green colour. Good profile, chin slopes back a touch but bite level. Very good length to body, quite weighty with good muscle tone, long limbs and long well tapered tail to balance. Most attractive for coat pattern with plenty of white showing in all the right places to about half white – which is my personal preference. Fairly good mid red spotting shows in the coloured areas and it was mainly sound, coat length good but texture rather harsh today, white areas more silky in texture. An easy boy to handle, he was well prepared and presented to perfection.

1st: IC & BOB Adajan Voodoo Doll (48e)

It was quite close for the BOB between this lady and her brother but I felt she looked particularly good today and her coat texture was very good. Stylish head with very good top line and large wide at the base ears set to balance. Snooty expression to eyes of oriental shape and set with good green colour. Straight profile, firm chin, bite untidy and rather sore looking but level. Long slender and elegant body, long limbs and neat paws, tail could be longer and a little whippier. Very attractive coat pattern with plenty of white, there was some white bleeding evident at the edges of the black and red patching and also some within the coloured areas, although to be fair, in this lighting it was not easy to see if they where scattered white hairs or pale red ones, coloured areas really sound. Coat length good, texture generally good, just a little dry over the lower back. Excellent temperament and presentation.

2nd: Sensay Speciality (48 40)

I love the type and style of this delightful little queen who is well proportioned overall but kittenish in size, if it hadn’t been for this she would have been my winner today. Lovely head, wide top line and very large flyaway ears excellently set. Excellent expression, shape and set to eyes with depth of blue good considering the proximity of white patching. Almost straight profile, good chin and bite. Long and firm toned body with weight appropriate to size, long dainty limbs and neat spoon paws, whippy tail needs a touch more length for balance. Dark warm seal points and warm fawn shaded coat with just over the one third required white patching on all four limbs, mask and completely down the underside. Excellent coat texture with the white areas particularly silky. A very cross person today, not at all pleased to see us and we only just managed to handle her. It was a pity about her smallness of stature – and, as I own her equally diminutive grandmother, I do sympathise. Beautifully presented.

3rd: Chez Caribbean Crush (Chocolate Tortie/White Bicolour) 48h

This was the baby of the class, and as such very immature. Of good overall type and style but with a head that was slightly small in proportion to her body as yet. Short wedge with good top line, ears large and well set. Oval shape to eyes a touch straight set, colour a good clear green. Profile rather uneven but chin firm and bite level, muzzle could be finer. Long body well covered, dainty limbs and neat paws, tail well tapered but needs an inch and has a small “pip” at the tip. Dark but warm toned chocolate tortie coat with mid red patching, rather unsound. White in all the right places and she initially appears to have plenty of it, but, she has two fairly large islands of colour under her tummy which make her white very border line for the one third, she also shows a fair amount of bleeding of white into the coloured areas and what appear to be quite a lot of scattered white hairs. Coat length and texture excellent, A very friendly lady beautifully presented.

A sweet female who was well grown for nine months. Good wedge but showing a slight pinch. Well set ears. Good eye shape when she relaxed and the colour was an excellent blue. Straight profile and reasonable chin. Very good body, legs and tail. Lovely coat quality, it was short, fine and close lying. The chocolate was dark but had warmth and there was good contrast to the body. Small patch of white on the muzzle. White underneath and on all paws. What an impressive entry of Bicolours here today

Ist: IC & BOB En Tenere's Titti Twister (Chocolate/White Bicolour) 48b

An impressive, dignified choc and white lad who has been waiting in the wings for his curtain call onto  the GCCF stage and able to gain that cert……quite wonderful for type. Strong broad wedge, big jowls that somehow only seems to enhance the head strength, ears well set - to nitpick they could be a tad larger - roman profile, oriental dark green eyes, chin slopes back slightly but bite ok, strong hard muscular body, fine whip - evidence of treated stud tail - strong but elegant legs. Dark choc base with a degree of warmth to it, loved those couple of little choc “moles” on his white legs too, clear bright sparkling white over third of body - there was some “feathering” to edges and in a couple of places the white has run slightly into lines and perhaps would be better tided up - but that is me being pedantic! Very short close coat - good texture. He was my nomination - I was pleased to see him become best adult and then delighted when he went Best Overall- very many congrats to his proud owner.

Strong broad even wedge with wide set ears, oriental vivid green eyes, roman profile , chin could be a tad stronger but bite level, firm body of good feel to it, balancing whip tail. Short glossy black base, clear white evident-some bleeding around the edge, inverted white V to mask, white socks.

What an extremely impressive & wonderfully masculine looking lad, certainly catches the eye.  Excellent strong even wedge, quite heavy masculine jowls have developed since our last meeting, excellent profile, his one failing is the chin which slopes back from perpendicular with his nose, level bite.  Very large well flared base to his ears set very low with the heavy jowling pulling them down further.  Wonderfully expressive eyes, the shape & slant both typically oriental with a very intense green colour, looking so superior & haughty.  Long strong neckline, powerful masculine hard body of excellent length, long slim legs & oval paws, well balanced long fine tail.  Superb tight extremely short coat, beautifully close lying, excellent texture & well prepared.   His base colour of chocolate is very dark tone & could be a little sounder, inverted white on his mask area, well over the minimum prescribed 1/3 rd white, has tiny chocolate spots on his front legs, with a small chocolate patch on his hock, some flecks also on his nose, small fleck of white into his left ear, white going all the way through the tummy line, chocolate on the head, body & tail.  Superb condition & the most wonderfully composed temperament which I was delighted to see he has retained. I was delighted to see he later attained Best Oriental Adult, I predicted when he was first shown that he would if eligible, have won Best In Show, so not bad that he should achieve the same at his first attempt, many congratulations.

Attractive lady, just a little reticent to show herself to best advantage.  Wedge quite short but well balanced, very even, very minimal break in profile, excellent chin & level bite.  Large ears which she holds wide & well apart, with good flared base complementing her wedge.  Her though of slightly wider were oriental in both shape & slant, very good green tone.  Just nine months on the day, so body still to attain full development, still quite petite but that said was lithe & well toned, slender limbs, small neat paws, fine tail of near balanced length.  Coat though very slightly longer in length was beautifully close lying & excellent texture & well prepared.  White inverted blaze over her face, extending through her chin chest & tummy with a thin white line all the way through, white on her legs with large patches of deep dark chocolate & bright red on her body & head, all showing a little too much infringement of scattered white hairs in the coloured areas, most attractive speckled effect over her muzzle area.  Her condition was excellent & she was a very gentle natured young lady, worthy of her certificate & many congratulations on being the first Oriental Bi-Colour female to obtain an IC.

A most attractive baby but with a couple of problems which precluded the BOB.  Excellent type, minimal teething pinch to his wedge, rather prominent depression over his brow as yet which will hopefully pull out as he develops, very good profile, good chin & level bite, slightly swollen gums.  Excellent ear set wide well flared base to complement his wedge, very good larger size.  Eyes though possessing very good oriental shape & slant, his haws were up in the pen which detracted a little, despite which the colour had a very good depth to the blue.  Body little small as yet but has plenty of time to grow on, all in proportion, slim legs, oval paws, fine tail with small irregularity at its tip.  Still the evidence of baby coat, but was laying close & very good shorter length for his young age, excellent texture.  I would say he approximately 45% white to colour, with inverted white extending onto his brow, which extends through the tummy & legs, with tiny white tail tip also, dark seal on the remainder of his mask, ears & tail, seal splodges over his muzzle.  Despite his haws his condition was sound & he was a very friendly young lad.

Head overall a little too broad across the eyes for correct balance. Ears fairly good size, good shape and well set. Fair profile. Eyes of very good size, shape and set, good colour. Body of good length and type, long legs, tail well tapered. Coat good length and texture. Fair red colouring but body rather heavily shaded and showing heavy markings. It was difficult to assess where the white extended to in this exhibit - he has white on face, chest and tummy, on front legs to the elbows and on the rear only to the hocks. The sides of the body though pale are red extending to somewhere under the tummy - as a consequence I had to conclude that he has insufficient white in accordance with the SoP. I awarded a First rather than making 'No Award' as stated in the Breed Standard.
